Why is my Instagram connection failing?

Instagram requires a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. Personal accounts cannot be connected via API. Go to Settings → Instagram on the app and follow the re-authentication steps.

My scheduled posts aren't publishing — what do I do?

First check if your platform connection is still active (Settings → Connections). Tokens expire every 60–90 days. Re-authenticate the affected account and your queued posts will resume.

Can I use SocialAssist for WhatsApp?

Yes! SocialAssist integrates with WhatsApp Business API via our MrkTing.in module. This is available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Contact sales for a demo.

How do I add team members to my account?

Go to Settings → Team. Click "Invite Member", enter their email, and assign a role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer). Invites are valid for 48 hours.

Is there an Android / iOS app?

Our mobile app is currently in beta. You can request early access from the dashboard. The web app is fully mobile-responsive in the meantime.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data including posts, analytics, and connected accounts will be permanently deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

Can I get a refund?
